It is not usual, but we know that sometimes products can come defective from the factory. For these cases we have an established process to help you in the warranty process.

It is essential to present the INVOICE when presenting your guarantee.

THERE IS NO RETURN WARRANTY SINCE IT IS A TOY FOR INTIMATE USE. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS OPENED, THE TOY IS NOT EXCHANGED FOR RETURN PURCHASE.

WARRANTY TIMES

All toys have a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not apply to improper use of the products.

The product must always be the same , so returns of defective products for others will not be accepted even if they are worth less than the initial purchase, or for the value of the same.

This is because we have a commitment with the manufacturer to assume any costs associated with products that are not in perfect condition.

If there is no immediate availability to cover the warranty, you must wait for the supplier to supply the toy. This may take up to 60 days.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN DUE TO DEFECTIVENESS

  • First: Send us a notification in our contact section or to our email pleasurelab.lubes@gmail.com indicating the reference of the article and the reason for the return, explaining what does not work or what is defective. Take some photos or even a video where the inconveniences can be appreciated, in this way the procedures with the returns department are greatly expedited. Lovense brand toy with the SN erased or the box damaged or without Box and without SN, the guarantee will be immediately rejected.

  • Second: With this information we will proceed to contact the supplier and request your warranty.

  • Third: If approved, we will request a video of you destroying the toy, and if there is immediate availability we will send you your new toy. If we do not have it, we will send it to you as soon as possible.

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE STARTING A RETURN PROCESS DUE TO DEFECTIVENESS

Experience has taught us that distance selling can make it difficult to properly explain how to use items, and many of our customers think the product is faulty when in fact they are not using it correctly.

That is why we recommend that you validate the following points:

  • First: Validate that the batteries you are using are connected correctly. It seems obvious, but in many cases this can be confusing on many of our products. We recommend trying several positions before ruling this out as one of the possible faults.

  • Second: Check that the batteries are charged correctly. For this we recommend using new batteries. We know from experience that used batteries can play tricks. The power required is different for each electronic device and it is possible that the charge from batteries that can operate a remote control may not work for an erotic toy.

  • Third: Check that you are using the product correctly. For example, the activation buttons are different for each model. In some cases, a long press is required, and in others, a press with a sharp blow. Do several tests before ruling out that this is the cause of the malfunction.

CASES IN WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DEFECTIVE

In the event that when we receive the merchandise the product is in perfect condition, we will charge the customer the value of the transport costs in order to send it back to them. This will be done through a payment or transfer link, that the client must pay. Once the payment has been made we will send the same product .

For these reasons we always strongly recommend that the customer makes sure that the product is actually defective.
